Bailey grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and attended the University of Texas at Austin. She graduated in 2022 with a degree in Social Work and a certificate in Public Policy. She grew up going to Camp Ozark as a camper and worked as a counselor during the summers of 2020 and 2021. Bailey is excited to take on the role of Program Director for Ozark for All where her love for camp and working with families from under-resourced communities can come together.
